Return Policy:

Since you are not able to see the quality of the finished product before you pay for it, I offer a full refund for any print that is returned within 30 days of arrival.

If you are not happy with your print for any reason then neither am I.

Printing & Matting:

I print every photograph personally to guarantee that they look up to my obsessive standards. 

Each photograph is printed on archival papers using Epson's Ultrachrome K3 pigment inks and matted with acid-free conservation mats. Both the mat and back of the print are signed and dated and come with a signed certificate of authenticity. 

Only high quality, archival materials are used.

Framing:

Framing is optional.  Frames use only archival materials and high-quality anti-reflection glass. 

The frame and mat images shown for each print on this site are meant only to give you the feeling of what a print will look like when framed.  It may not match the actual proportions of the different sizes offered for each print.

To get a better idea of what the proportions of each frame will be, you should check the print specifications that are stated for each print.

Shipping Policy:

  • Prints ship within 7-10 business days (and often sooner.)

Shipping costs are based on:

  • The size and number of framed prints.
  • The size and number of unframed prints.
  • The distance that they are being shipped.

All prints are packaged and shipped with the utmost care.

International Shipping:

I do not currently offer international shipping through this website. 

If you wish to have prints shipped internationally please email me your order and I will send you a custom payment order form.

Rush Orders:

If you wish to have an order rushed please contact me and I will let you know if this is possible.  I will rush orders as long as I have the ability to complete them within the time necessary.

Limited Editions and Oversized Prints:

I currently do not currently offer limited edition or oversized prints through this site.

However, I plan to eventually offer certain prints at larger sizes than is available now in limited editions.

Privacy & Security Policy:

I am committed to protecting your privacy and so your payment and personal information will always be kept safe when you make a purchase. 

Your information is encrypted using industry standard technology and passed securely to one of the industry leading payment-processing companies. 

I do not store credit information and delete it as soon as it is safely transmitted and processed.  The payment processing company will store your credit information in a highly secure area for 60 days to insure that no refund is need and then it will be deleted.

I do safely store non-credit information for shipping and contact purposes only, and it my policy to never share this information with anyone else.
