Applying For a Job, Dunkin' Donuts

/images/0000/1891/applying_for_a_job_dunkin_donuts-2.jpg

I came across this guy coming out of a Dunkin' Donuts with an application in hand, filling it out on a newspaper stand outside.  I think it shows an intimate glimpse into the struggles many people are having right now, and how hard it is to find any job.

I wish I had caught a little bit more of his hands here, but I really didn't want to disturb him and so I took a very quick shot and kept going.

At least he doesn't have that "Dunkin Donuts is beneath me" attitude so many people see to have nowadays. A job is a job and if it doesn't pay all the bill at least it pasy some of them and puts some food in your mouth. Hope he got the job.

Yeah he didn't seem to have this attitude at all. I really hope he got the job also. Not only is it tough to find a job here, but the city is such an expensive place to live. As Jimmy MCMillan said, 'The rent is TOO DAMN HIGH!'
