Just noticed it says 'opinion' on his paper (duh!), this is so neatly tied together with his hand and expression! Did he notice you were taking his photo? Did you notice all these things before you took the shot? I'd be in such a fluster to capture all this I'd probably drop the camera!

I don't think I saw the word Opinion until the second I captured the shot, but I was primarily paying attention to the ragged papers in the man's hands matching his ragged hair, along with the glasses and his facial expression. The Opinion section that he was reading kind of brings it all together though! When you take a shot like this you notice most of it but at the same time it happens so fast that you take the shot. A lot of it is instinctual.

Man, he was looking right into the eye of the camera. He knew exactly what you were doing and probably felt important for a minute.

He probably had an idea, but I shot this with the camera on my chest so it wasn't obvious and didn't ruin his expression.

Shooting from the chest they probably couldn't tell, but I like the way it at least looks like you were doubly caught – maybe even trebly!

Yeah they were mostly looking at me cause I was in their way.

Absolutely love this shot! I had no idea you had shot it from the chest although I thought you caught everyone at a perfect moment. Oh, to know if they knew. :-)
