Sitting in the car returning to the airport, I felt much calmer than I had been in the past few days.  On the highway, with many cars surrounding me, I felt like I had left the devastation of New Orleans and was in a safer area.  Then, I looked out the window and saw the water line on the side of the highway, up to almost the top of the car.
