This photo was taken on 48th Street, with the Christmas tree and skating rink of Rockefeller Center directly behind me.

I've often thought about offering this print in black and white in addition to color, but it is really the colors that add the sense of place to the scene -- smack in the middle of Rockefeller Center -- that is too important to lose.

You can see the warmth of the large Christmas tree reflected in the side of the limo and the coolness of the dusk sky reflected in the top.  The city buildings do a wonderful job of bouncing light all around the scene, and it helps to bring out the glow of the limo.  This is a lighting you will only find in Rockefeller Center.

And how about the hand with the cigarette out the window?!  Talk about a great Christmas present!
