This photo is an MC Escher inspired illusion of a New York City fire escape.  My aim was to create these graphic images with lines, stairs and shapes pointing in all different directions to confuse the eye.  The harsh sunlight helps give this photo an added dimension of lines as well, throwing lined shadows all over the place .
